Our Eagles in Germany Reunion Tour will be an amazing experience - enjoy our Frankfurt City Tour with an evening in Sachsenhausen. We include a Guided Tour to as many of the old military community sites as possible. Wonder what Gibbs Kaserne, Drake and Edwards, or Hicog look like now? This is your chance to see! Next, imagine enjoying cocktails on the Rheinfels Castle terrace with the Rhine River at your feet. Rheinfels has been watching over this part of Germany's lifeline for eight centuries, and the atmosphere of this very special place will surely leave a lasting impression on you. We'll have a first-class dinner at the castle restaurant, and even spend the night there! After a short Rhine River Cruise past the famous Loreley, we will have a private Wine Tasting in the lovely town of Sankt Goar (free sampling of some of the best wine in Germany and 15-year-old homemade brandies). We continue with a scenic stop in Rothenburg ob der Tauber (the best preserved medieval town in Germany) on our way to Füssen. Visit Mad King Ludwig II's enchanting Neuschwanstein Castle, and continue to beautiful Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps. One of the many highlights of the Tour will be our group lunch up at the famous "Eagle's Nest," an elevation of 1,834 meters (6,017 ft.) near Berchtesgaden. After an incredible time in the Alps, we will head up to Munich, the Capital of Bavaria. We will have a Munich City Tour and visit the famous Oktoberfest - this city is a great place to finish up the trip.
